"That's very merciful of you." He dug his room key out of his pocket as they walked down the hallway, and finally reached the room number that was his. "Now remember, you said no peeking," he warned, giving her a narrow-eyed look, hands poised to unlock and open the door.

He did in fact find her pulse and he would also find just how fast he made it race as he pressed his lips to the curve of her neck. Tilting her head to the side to give him easier access, she hummed softly in approval.

He had to smile a little, reaching out to slide both hands through her hair, thumbs tracing the angle of her jawline. "You feel very alive to me," he murmured, nuzzling her neck.

"I feel very alive." She murmured back, her voice softening with a touch of huskiness as he continued.

Carefully, he lifted his lips from her neck to kiss her lips softly, wrapping his arms around her and tugging her closer until their bodies were flush.

Wrapping her arms around his shoulders, she pressed the soft curves of her body against his own frame as she kissed him back. Curling a hand around the back of his neck, she brushed her thumb against his skin while moaning softly in appreciation.

Alistair shifted to lay her back on the couch, bracing one hand on the back and one on the arm to keep his weight off of her, his confidence building with this sort of intimacy the more time he spent with her. He had to say, he vastly preferred being sober for this, too.

She definitely preferred being sober for this as well. Now that he was getting a little more comfortable with the whole thing, it was easier to not feel bad about taking his virginity the way she had.

"You don't have to worry about squishing me. I'm sturdier than I look." She teased against his lips, sliding her hands down his sides to curl her fingers under his shirt.

"Well, I'm also heavier than I look," he quipped, smiling wryly and tilting his head to nuzzle her cheek. "Nothing wrong with being careful with a lady, is there?"

"I thought we established I wasn't a lady." She teased softly, brushing her lips against his neck as she continued to toy with the hairs on the back of his neck.

"That isn't true," he protested, shifting his weight and nudging the hem of her shirt up to brush his fingers across her bare stomach. "You most certainly are a lady as far as I'm concerned."

"I almost believe you." She grinned, her stomach muscles tightening beneath his fingers as she continued to watch him with an amused smile.

"Well, you should believe me." He smirked at her, leaned in to kiss her neck and her collarbone, the bit of her chest he could reach with her shirt still on, before he moved further down her body and shifted her shirt up to kiss her stomach.

"It might take a bit of convincing, you know." She tilted her head back, enjoying the slow warmth as it started to build inside of her. Sliding a hand through his hair gently, she watched as he pressed a kiss to her stomach and the simple touch was enough to send a small jolt through her. "Of course, I have a feeling that won't be very difficult for you. You're persuasive when you want to be."

"Oh, I am, really?" He chuckled, pressing another slow, warm kiss against her skin. "Well, I can honestly say I've never heard that before."

"Now that I could believe," he drawled, smirking against her skin and nudging her shirt a little further up, kissing his way back up her body.

She squirmed a little to assist him in pushing her shirt a bit higher, still smiling as he started his way back up her body. "And you managed to say it without it sounding like a bad thing too." She teased, chuckling.

"Why on earth would it be a bad thing?" he asked, raising an eyebrow at her as he sat up enough to tug her shirt up and off of her body. "Well, aside from the fact that you're utterly wicked, but I don't mind that quite so much."

"I'm sure someone would think it is." She shrugged one shoulder casually before sitting up so that he could pull her shirt off, revealing the light blue lacy bra underneath. "I'm starting to get that you rather enjoy the whole wicked thing."

"A bloke would have to be mentally damaged not to enjoy it, I think," he admitted with a snicker, dropping her shirt to the floor in front of the couch, and since it seemed only fair (and he was already up) he tugged his own shirt up and over his head to let it join hers on the floor.

"Well, maybe if they've taken one too many hits to the head..." Her eyes dropped to the sight of his naked torso and she smiled in appreciation. Since he was still leaning up, she took advantage of the position; sliding her fingers over his chest, she teased her nails against his skin.

"Admittedly that has happened to me a few times," he remarked, letting her hand wander for a moment before he caught it gently and tugged it to his lips to press a kiss to the inside of her wrist.

"It's happened to us all." She replied, watching as he caught her hand to stop her wandering. Her eyes softened for a moment as he pressed a kiss to the inside of her wrist, causing her pulse to flutter once more.

"Has it? Well, that makes me feel a bit better about it." He smiled against her skin, then stretched out over her again, kissing her lips and treading one hand through her hair.

"Yeah, you should have been there when I got this one concussion..." Not that she was at all interested in telling him the story. Wrapping her arms around his shoulders, she allowed herself to melt a little as she kissed him back with another low hum of pleasure.
